Statistics

¨60% of women will be single by age 50 either from widow hood or divorce

¨Their standard of living will reduce by 50%

¨70% of the women will have to go on working for survival to meet basic needs

General statistics

Practical tips - A simple plan to follow

¨DREAM – Habk. 2:2-3; Prov. 23:7 – let your imagination run riot write your dream list

¨DESIRE – Ps. 37:4; 145:19; Isa. 1:19 – do you desire to have your dreams come to pass, are you ready to work hard and give all to work towards your dream

¨DECISION – Deut. 30:19 – can you draw a mental line a firm decision to go ahead and pursue your life map

¨DETERMINATION – Josh. 24:15 – can you back your decision with a determination to succeed against all odds, disappointments, remember obstacles is what you see when you take your eyes off your goal

¨DELIGENCE – Prov. 22:29; 21:5; Phl.3:12-14; Is. 50:7 – with perseverance even the snail entered the ark

¨DISCIPLINE – I Cor. 9:27; Rom. 12:1-2 – Indiscipline can destroy all that God has for you. Hold on fast to your dream

3 MAJOR SOURCES OF INCOME

¨(1) Earned Income – Pay as you work i.e. income you work for

¨(2)Passive Income – Income from Real Estate

¨(3) Portfolio Income – Income from Paper Assets

Your Asset base should have more of Passive & Portfolio Income than Earned Income

¨The rich don’t work for money they know have to make money work for them. The key to great wealth is a person’s ability to convert Earned Income into Passive and Portfolio Income as quickly as possible.

¨Remember regardless of how millionaires make their money, they keep it in Real Estate. As real estate always appreciates in value over the long term.

You should have other streams of income in addition to your CAREER

¨INVESTMENTS – These are Paper Investments ie stocks, shares, bonds, ISA, Pension, off shore investments, Venture Capital Trusts etc

¨MARKETING ( your own Business) – This can be brick and mortar business or on the Internet. You can market products and commodities or skilled services.
